If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If more than 14 days have elapsed since the date of purchase unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You should include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with the item .
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. After inspecting the item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. We will inform you when your refund is approved and we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment. The length of time to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non refundable. If you return an item and receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
